In 2010, out of a Venice Beach, California garage, owners Robert Lohman and Matt Boelk launched Groceries Apparel. They set out to manufacture organic and recycled high-quality, shirts at competitive pricing. They have manufactured over half a million items to date and are constantly giving back to support their local community. In addition to t-shirts for men and women, Groceries clothing also sells other casual, comfortable form-fitting sporty tops/sweatshirts and bottoms. Sometimes all you need is that perfectly cut T-shirt, tank top to go with your Prairie Underground jeans, and now you have the choice to maintain your ethical standards when shopping for your basics wardrobe.

They are committed to using sustainable, green practices in manufacturing their clothing. Groceries ApparelĀ is taking a stand in an industry that is notorious for hurting the environment in the name of fashion. The company is unique in that it can trace their finished products all the way back to the fabrics origins at the farm. All of the cotton and hemp used in their fabrication process is harvested from GMO-free farms in California and North Carolina. They ensure that every employee is treated fairly across their supply and manufacturing chains. Groceries clothing walks their talk by doing their part in creating demand for organic textiles and keeping production local and creating local jobs.

Groceries Apparel wants the customer to take into consideration where their clothes come from and how items were made, while still looking great. And that is what matters.
