Tribal's Empire Waist Dress is a short boho style dress with a notched V-neck and colorful coral tie with tassels.  A light airy woven fabric in a blue chambray color with white stitched vertical stripes. Three quarter length sleeves are loose with elastic hem that can be pushed up. A bottom ruffle in a contrast stripe pattern. Loose silhouette. Falls above the knees on most. No pockets.
