The Tulip Petulia Top seems like a classic dress shirt in front; a button down with a slightly flared shape - but turn around for a little surprise! Backside fits trim across the upper back and has a pleated detail at the lower back that falls a few inches longer than front. On seam side pockets.

Can I make a change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: sales(at)lissatheshop.com. We work fast so the sooner the better. Once your order has been processed we unfortunately are unable to make any changes.
Can I add something to my recent order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us at: sales(at)lissatheshop.com so we can combine shipping and refund any shipping cost from your additional order.
Why was my item/order canceled?
It is rare, but in the unlikely event that an item from your order suddenly becomes out of stock and is no longer available, you will be refunded and emailed a confirmation. Additional items from your order will still be shipped to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service, and occasionally we have to cancel complete orders due to payment or processing issues, excessive returns, fraud suspicion, etc.
Do you offer 'Signature Required'?
You can always request to have your order shipped with 'Signature Required' at no extra charge, in particular if you feel your package would not be left in a safe place otherwise. If you would like 'Signature Required', please just check the appropriate box when placing your order.
Also, we will ship 'Signature Required' above certain dollar amounts or to certain areas/zip codes where theft of delivered packages has occurred.
Why do you not charge any sales tax anywhere in the U.S.?
Our business is incorporated and located in New Jersey, and the State of New Jersey does not charge sales tax on apparel. All our business assets, including all of our inventory, are located in New Jersey; as we do not maintain a presence, or provide services out of, any other state, we do not charge sales tax in any other state either.
Do you charge tax (GST/PST/QST) for shipments to Canada?
While we do not charge any Canadian taxes on your purchase, applicable taxes may be collected directly from you in Canada upon delivery of your package.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
We apologize, but we only accept one coupon code per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined. Of course you can combine coupons and gift cards.
I placed an order recently, and now you're offering a coupon. Can I use it on my previous order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply promotional discounts/coupons retroactively to previous orders.
Something I just ordered at full price is now on sale! Can I get the sale price?
We can issue you a store credit for the price difference, as long as your previous purchase meets the following:
- Your order was placed within 7 days of the item(s) going on sale.
- You purchased the item(s) at full price. Unfortunately, we cannot offer further markdowns on sale merchandise.
How fast do you ship? Do you offer an express shipping option?
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Your package will typically reach USPS the day after you place your order, and Priority Mail normally takes two days to most locations, three days to some locations without direct air service from the New York metro area.

Is everything you sell made in the USA?
Most of the designers we represent have their production in the USA, yet not all, and sometimes not every item from the line is made in the USA.
The lines that do produce internationally do so in a responsible manner, such as through fair trade regulation. We applaud these lines for their roles as leaders of change in the local economies where they produce and for making great strides in supporting the global sustainability cause.
Do you monitor Order and Account Activity?
Yes, we do monitor orders and accounts for unusual and suspicious activity, fraud, or abusive practices. In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm an order. We also reserve the right to cancel orders and/or close accounts for illegal or abusive practices, including excessive returns.

All our shipments originate from our own inventory in New Jersey, we do not use drop shipping. Orders generally ship on the next working day, however orders placed on a weekday before 1pm Eastern Time may ship on the same day. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail that will include the tracking number. Please retain this information until you have received your items.
USPS Priority Shipping (all 50 States)
Free for orders $149 and up, $5.99 otherwise, regardless of destination in the U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii). Your package will typically reach USPS the day after you place your order, and Priority Mail normally takes two days to most locations, three days to some more remote locations. Please expect additional delays in unusual circumstances, e.g. holidays, postal strike, etc.

Shipping to Canada
Orders of any size can be shipped to Canada, however only orders of $350 or less are eligible for Canadian Economy Shipping. Orders above $350 must be shipped via Canadian Premium Shipping.
Canadian Economy Shipping: $19.99 flat to anywhere in Canada, for orders up to $350. Expect 1-2 weeks, regardless of destination in Canada. Orders will ship USPS/Canada Post. Please note that it is not possible to request "Signature Required" via USPS/Canada Post, so we strongly recommend that you only use Canadian Economy Shipping if you are certain that your package can be received by a trusted person (such as at a business address) or left in a safe place (such as a P.O. Box). Please note that we cannot be held responsible if Canada Post tracking shows that your package has been delivered to you, but was then stolen from you because it could not be left in a safe place.
Canadian Premium Shipping: $49.99 flat to anywhere in Canada, for orders of any size. Expect 1-2 weeks, regardless of destination in Canada. Orders will ship UPS, signature required.
Express shipping is not available to Canada. Please expect additional border crossing delays in unusual circumstances, e.g. holidays, postal strike, etc.
Shipping to Other Countries
Unfortunately, we are not able not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.
For orders of $500 or below, including Canadian Economy Shipping, the carrier's delivery confirmation shall serve as our proof that your order has been successfully delivered to you. However, you may always request to have your order shipped with 'Signature Required' (no extra charge in the U.S., Canadian Premium Shipping to Canada), in particular if you feel your package would not be left in a safe place otherwise; please check the appropriate box at checkout (U.S.) or select Canadian Premium Shipping (Canada). We will ship 'Signature Required' above certain dollar amounts or to certain areas/zip codes where theft of delivered packages has occurred.
In order to help you manage the delivery of your package, you will receive three e-mails from us:
1. the initial shipping confirmation (which contains your tracking number);
2. a notification when your package is out for delivery; and
3. a notification when your package has been delivered.
Should the unforeseen event occur that your package shows delivered with USPS tracking yet you have not received it, please click here.
Please check your address carefully, as we must charge shipping errors and refusals to your account, unless they were caused by us. Shipping errors include incorrect/incomplete address, address change, failed delivery, and refusal by you. In these cases, you will be charged shipping costs to and from your shipping address.
Packages not claimed within seven (7) days of the first delivery attempt are considered delivered, unless they are being returned to us by the carrier in a timely manner.
