What can be returned or exchanged?
Regular & Sale Items
are eligible for return/exchange/store credit within 15 days of receipt, unless otherwise indicated. Note that we use the tracking information recorded by the shipping carrier to determine the date of receipt.

Final Sale Items
If an item is marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Final Sale items are priced as marked, with no further price adjustments or promotions applicable.

Regular and Sale priced items received within:
15 days from receipt - Eligible for refund of purchase price unless otherwise stated. No pre-authorization required.
16-21 days from receipt - Eligible for refund or store credit of purchase price at our discretion.
22-27 days from receipt - Return Authorization required. May be eligible for store credit equal to the current sales price only. Up to 10% restocking fee may apply.
28+ days from receipt - NOT eligible for return for refund or store credit. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
IMPORTANT: All items must be returned in their original, unaltered and immediately salable condition: not worn, washed, ironed or dry-cleaned. Items/s must be free of all signs of interference, such as stains, stretch marks, body residue, hair, smoke, perfumes and pet hair, etc. - with all original tags (from our store) and accessories (such as belts, straps, brooches, buttons, etc.) attached.
We appreciate when a bit of care is taken with the packaging of returns of brand new merchandise, so that they are received in good condition and not crumpled. Item(s) not in this condition will either incur up to a 10% cleaning and restocking fee or be refused at our discretion.
All returned or exchanged items will be inspected, and we reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or evidence that the item was not purchased at our store.
How to Process Your Return or Exchange
Please complete and include the Return & Exchange Form that is included with your order in your return package. Or download one here.
There is no need to contact us in advance for authorization if you are returning your item within the acceptable return window (see above).
We will start processing your return when we receive your package. Please allow 1-2 weeks after we receive your return package for your return/exchange to be processed. A refund confirmation email will be sent out when your return has been processed.
If timing is critical for your exchange, please make a new purchase and send your item back as a return for refund.
Your refund will automatically be credited back to the original form of payment, ie. credit card and/or store credit. You do not need to provide your payment information to us again.
We are not able to issue refunds in the form of cash or check.
Complete section B “Exchange Item”, and specify which item(s) you are hoping to receive in exchange.
If the items you request in exchange are more expensive than the items you are returning, please complete the payment information section.
If we are out of stock of the item you select for your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges will be processed and shipped free of charge.
We honor one exchange per order. When returning a previously exchanged item, a store credit will be issued.
As a small independent business, we are unable to offer free shipping labels for returns. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping your return/exchange back to us. However, if you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the parcel back to you at no cost.
Check the website of your local carrier (USPS, Canada Post, etc) to print your shipping label from the comfort of home.
If we receive a package with Postage Due, we will deduct that amount from the refund total.
Returns are issued as store credit only, and sent directly to the gift recipient via email. We are unable to offer exchanges on gift orders.
Be sure to provide your (recipient) email address on the Return & Exchange Form, and let us know the item you are returning was a gift. Without this information the return will get irrevocably processed back to the purchaser.
Original (outbound) and return (inbound) third party shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost return packages from our customers, so shipping insurance and tracking are strongly encouraged.
Failure to collect or refusing delivery is not an acceptable way to return an item. Packages refused in this manner will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus actual shipping costs.
Promotional savings will be deducted from refunds.
Buy One Get One (BOGO) style promotions are negated when there is a return, leaving one remaining item on order.
We reserve the right to deduct up to a 10% processing and restocking fee from any large volume and/or complete return that has received free outbound shipping, and from customers with an excessive return history. *This fee can be avoided for refunds taken in the form of store credit. Please indicate that on the Return & Exchange Form with your return.
If we receive return items in unacceptable condition and do not fall within our specified criteria listed above, we reserve the right to deduct up to a 10% cleaning and restocking fee. If an item is beyond need of basic cleaning, we will contact you at the email on your order. You will then have 30 days to arrange pick up after which your items will be considered abandoned and donated.
A return received beyond 28 days of receipt, without prior authorization, is considered an Unauthorized Return and will be refused and will be either returned to sender or held for 30 days for sender to arrange return delivery. After a 30 day hold, items will be considered abandoned and will be donated.
